You will be in a classroom with between 12 to 36 students. We will purposely divide the class in smaller groups or combines groups into one larger group based on the particular teaching method we use. We pay attention to each of you individually. We always make sure you are enjoying learning and making strides happily.

The class location is in our house. Under this real family life setting, you will be able to learn the real thing with fun and joy. You will participate in some activities such as kitchen cooking, play games, singing, dancing and minor cleaning etc. as you learn this language. Dessert and drinks are abundant all the time. With a little bit of your participation, lunch is provided for the Introduction Class group; and dinner is provided for Advanced Class Group.

- Basic greetings and farewells, express thanks and make apology, answer the phone, polite expressions.
- Introduce yourself and others, know Chinese currency, days and dates.
- Name and nationality, handle address and phone numbers.
- Hotel life, on an outing, making requests.
- Asking for help in hotel, asking where something is, finding out places of interests.
- Asking for directions, taking bus or taxi.
- Handle time: check in hotel, asking about flight/train time and meal time etc.
- Describe Things: an outing plan, the weather, people, clothes size and colors etc.

- Business Activities: Attending international conferences, calling a big company, visiting local doctors, describing symptoms to a doctor.

- Asking for Assistance: making international calls / sending faxes, exchanging money, an invitation to dinner.
- "Where": asking for an address and find your way going there
- Lost and Found: Reporting missing luggage/things, at post office / police station, getting directions in town and on the road.
